I contacted you because an item from my order arrived damaged and does not work, as shown in the video I provided. It appears that the liquid may be leaking, although I cannot say for certain. Someone finally answered me and told me I needed to provide the shipping invoice, shipping packaging, and a video of the damaged item. I promptly provided the video, but I no longer have the original shipping packaging or invoice. I can forward my order information if necessary, but you should already have access to the order details on your end. I followed up again earlier today simply to confirm that my video had been received, and I still have not received a response. I've placed 25 orders with your company, so I consider myself a loyal customer. At this point, however, the way this situation has been handled is making me feel anything but appreciated as a customer. I am not even asking for a refund. At this point, the only resolution I consider appropriate is for you to overnight a replacement for the damaged item. There are many other vape suppliers available, and I have no interest in continuing to give my business to a company that makes resolving a straightforward damaged-item issue this difficult. I hope you will take care of this promptly and give me a reason to continue being a customer. Please confirm that you have received my video and let me know when the replacement will be shipped. Buy from here regularly, always on time delivery, easy to order and I’ve never had an issue. Tried lots of vapes, fume is it for me - my preferred flavor is strawberry banana- ultra. Lasts and tastes great and satisfies.

I have had 2 fail to work upon receiving them, they require that you take pictures and mail them back to them. I have had 2 others fail. I switched to Fume for better service and quality but that is lacking. I have placed 5-6 orders, too many not working for my liking.

Airflow is horrible. Cheap sensors. I am not about to inhale my own teeth trying to get a 1.2 second draw. wtf.
I would like a replacement for the two boxes I have sent information on to support. I have tried to call the number and its not working. I would just like replacements with new packaging that have seals on the vape pens. I have never had a problem until the last two shipments Thank you. Robyn
