Shipping and Handling


Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: All orders necessitate 24-48 business hours for processing, with most prepared for delivery within 24 business hours (following buyer verification).
  • Priority Processing: Orders with paid shipping receive priority processing.
  • Holiday Season Note: During peak periods, allow up to 72 business hours for order processing. Your patience during these times is appreciated.
  • Processing Hours: We process orders on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
  • Non-Processing Days: Orders are not processed on Sundays and national holidays.

International Shipping Information:

For international orders, it's important to note that shipping delivery times vary based on location due to customs processing, distance, and local postal services. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we endeavor to deliver your order promptly. International shipping generally takes between 3 to 18 days.

  • Pricing Details: Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight. The exact cost will be determined during the checkout process.

Customs and Local Regulations Policy

At Fume, we deeply value our international customers and aim to provide clarity on our policies and responsibilities concerning international orders:


Country Limitations:

Payment and Shipping: If your country or state is not listed during checkout, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept payment or ship to your location.


Customs and Importation Laws:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must adhere to customs and importation laws in their respective countries, including duties, taxes, VAT, and shipping service-related fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Conversion Fees: Fume is not accountable for currency conversion fees associated with international orders. Customers should check with their payment provider regarding any potential conversion charges.

Package Seizures and Duties:

  • Authority Actions: Fume cannot be held responsible for packages seized or stopped by local authorities or customs agencies, nor for any fees required by international duties.
  • Local Regulations: We encourage customers to contact local authorities or regulatory bodies for comprehensive information on electronic cigarettes and vaping product rules and regulations in their respective regions.

 

Returns and Exchanges for International Orders

Please note that, unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders unless the order is returned to our facility.

In the event of a customs seizure, returns and exchanges remain unavailable for international orders.


Late Shipments

Please be advised that due to the high volume of packages handled by UPS, tracking information may not update automatically. While UPS typically provides reliable service, occasional errors and delays might occur. Issues caused by or as a result of UPS are beyond Fume's responsibility, and should be resolved by contacting UPS directly using the provided contact details. Please note that transit times aren't guaranteed, and shipping fees are non-refundable through our company.

If the UPS delivery confirmation (tracking) for your package hasn't updated for a few days, don't panic. UPS tracking often updates when the package reaches sorting facilities, transit locations, or local post offices. There might not be updates in between, and any delivery issues should be addressed directly with UPS.

While UPS offers efficient service, occasional misroutings or delays might happen. Unfortunately, these occurrences are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for UPS-related errors or delays.
